Ðужно перевеÑти название книги "Генерал. ÐаÑледие РоÑÑии"....
Ðазвание книги будет: "Генерал. ÐаÑледие РоÑÑии"
Ðужно перевеÑти фразу: Ðазвание книги будет "Генерал. ÐаÑледие РоÑÑии". Ðужный диалект "French from France".
Я предполагаю так: Le titre du livre est "Le Général. Héritage de Russie".
ÐаÑколько Ñто допуÑтимо? ДопуÑтимо ли опуÑкать артикль перед "Héritage"? Будет ли такой перевод резать Ñлух, еÑли его уÑлышит/увидит, например, француз?
СпаÑибо!
It is necessary to translate the phrase: The book's title is "The General. Heritage of Russia" (or maybe: The book's title is "General. Legacy of Russia").
Desired dialect "French from France".
I guess so: Le titre du livre est "Le Général. Héritage de Russie".
Is it acceptable? Is it permissible to omit the article before "Héritage"? Will this translation be suitable while it will be heard / seen by Frenchman, for example?
Thank you!
PS: хорошо, Ñ Ð´Ð¾Ð±Ð°Ð²Ð¸Ð» глагол "будет". надеюÑÑŒ, Ñто подойдет?
OK, I added the verb "be". I hope it will be suitable?
PS2: "The General" is not "The Heritage".
You can suppose "The Heritage" is "The battles, won by The General" or
something like this, if it will help you. Or maybe "The Heritage" is
"events that will be occured as a result of actions of The General" or
something about it.
PS3: I'm understand the right translation will be: Le titre du livre est "Le Général. L'Héritage de la Russie" (or: Le titre du livre est "Le Général. Du patrimoine de la Russie"). But question is not about it. Question is about how allowably use the phrase: Le titre du livre est "Le Général. Héritage de Russie"?
Will it be very ridiculous or not?
